Build your order on any of our menu pages, then check out from the home page. Here's what to expect:

• Lead time: Set-menu items need at least 24 hours notice. Custom Build-Your-Own orders are baked fresh and need 48–72 hours. A mixed order uses the longer notice.
• Payment: Your order total is paid in full when you place your order. Nothing is due at drop-off.
• Confirmation: You'll get an email confirming your order, and we'll be in touch to finalize the details.
• Drop-off: Orders are dropped off here in the Duluth area. We'll share the details when we confirm.

Our treats are made in a home kitchen using common baking ingredients. Depending on the item and the mix-ins you choose, our products may contain or come into contact with these major allergens:

• Wheat, milk, eggs, soy — used in most of our doughs and batters
• Peanuts & tree nuts — used in some items and mix-ins (peanut butter, walnuts, pecans, almonds, etc.)

Because everything is made in the same kitchen, we cannot guarantee any item is completely free of these allergens, even if not listed as an ingredient. If you have a food allergy, please let us know in your order notes and we'll do our best — but cross-contact is possible. Every order is labeled with its full ingredients when you pick it up.

Gateway Bakery is a small, home-based cottage bakery in Duluth, Minnesota. Everything is handcrafted in small batches with simple ingredients and a lot of care. We're proud to bake fresh to order for our neighbors and our city.
